Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: We are not able to change or cancel your order after it has been submitted.
Q: What are my payment options?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Q: How long do embroidery orders take to ship?
A: Embroidery orders take about 2 weeks to ship after ordering.
Q: How long do metal monograms take to ship?
A: Please allow up to 4 weeks for your metal monogram to arrive.
Shipping & Pick Up
Q: How do I pick up an order in-store?
A: If you choose “store pickup” when ordering, your order will be prepped and processed, then held for pickup at our store location. When it is ready to be picked up, you’ll receive a call from a store associate letting you know it’s ready.
Exchanges & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Items can be exchanged (or store credit can be issued) within 20 days of the purchase. Original receipt and tags must accompany the item. No cash, check, or credit card refunds will be issued.
Q: I purchased a personalized item… can I exchange it?
A: All personalized items are not eligible for exchange due to the customization.
Q: Why are some of the non-personalized items not available for exchange?
A: Some items in our store, such as handmade items, cannot be exchanged. This will be noted in the product description.
Q: My item arrived defective or broken… how can we fix this?
A: We are so sorry to hear that! Please call 434.292.5000 and one of our store associates will guide you through the return and exchange process.
Q: Can I buy gift certificates online?
A: Yes, absolutely! Gift cards are available online in $10, $25, $50, $100, $250, and $500 denominations. Gift certificates of any value can be purchased at our physical store, located at 201 South Main Street, Blackstone, VA 23824.
Q: Can I redeem gift certificates online?
A: Unfortunately gift certificates are not redeemable online at this point.
